General Care Instructions

All glazes used are food safe. All porcelain and glazes are dishwasher and microwave safe, but handwashing is strongly preferred.

Shipping

All orders are typically shipped with USPS. Shipping will be calculated via a flat rate at checkout, based the weight and dimensions of each order.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days. Made-to-order products (also known as pre-orders or commissions), will be processed and shipped upon completion of product.

Please recycle packaging materials per local recycling guidelines. Packing peanuts are compostable or easily dissolvable in water.

Damaged Items

If a product arrives damaged, you can contact me for a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a return, please start a conversation via the form on my Contact page. Detailed images of the damaged item will be required.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted on a case by case basis. Seconds are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please start a conversation via the form on my Contact page. The buyer will be responsible for packaging and the cost of shipping. All pieces must be received in the condition they were purchased for a valid refund.

Local Pickup in NYC

Local pickup is available for those based in NYC. Please select ‘NYC Pickup’ in the checkout options and someone will contact you directly to coordinate. Pickup will be in the Financial District or Prospect Heights.
