The mug is hand-carved and hand painted with underglaze. The interior and exterior (excluding fruit motif) is glazed in a white “Vanilla Bean” glaze with very slight brown speckles. The fruit motif is glazed in a clear glaze.

Each mug from this fruit series takes 7-8 hours to make – start to finish!

Seconds*: Two small pinholes on interior of mug. Pinholes could affect interior drinkability and food safety in the long run, but are considered safe as long as the drinkware is cleaned thoroughly and often. The price reflects this flaw.
