Strawberries Cereal Bowl

The exterior carved texture is completely hand-carved and hand-painted with underglaze. The majority of the body is glazed in a white “Vanilla Bean” glaze with very slight brown speckles, and the exterior fruit motif is glazed in a clear glaze. Images represent general product line and do not represent the exact piece you may receive. Each piece is unique and mapped out and carved individually!

Seconds*: There are two tiny spots of exposed clay on the inside of the bowl, which some could argue alter the food safety of the piece. However, the clay itself is fully vitrified and should not retain water, but the exposed clay could trap food particles. The price reflects these flaws.

Additional new bowls of the same style may be commissioned post-purchase at any time. Though I make every effort to match, I cannot guarantee that the shape and size will match the previously made set!

*What are Seconds? Seconds are pieces that don’t meet my quality standards to be full price, but still deserve love and a home! The issues do not affect daily usage or food safety, unless otherwise noted. Examples of flaws include: glaze issues (crawling, pinholes, discoloration) and form issues (distortion or warping). Some seconds are also just leftover glaze or form samples from larger projects and do not necessarily fit into my larger catalog!
